US Bank allows Fraudulent Unauthorized Transactions by known or should have known from reported bad transactions to continue by other customers to allow other customers accounts to be debited. The first assumption is US Bank knew there have been other complaints and refunds made. Second the US Bank computers know the names and phone numbers and can red flag those suspect and notify on the statment of possible dispute.
