Like many of the people here I have the same complaints . I did the free trial and saw the charges for a new order right away. I have tried contacting them by phone, email and even mailed the stuff back prior to the 15 days with a letter asking for them to cancel. I placed a dispute with my bank and they have re-issued me a new card, but I haven't seen any of the money back or any product other than the original trial. read full review »
