As a worker of Espresso Partners, the company bills customers for emergency repairs even though employees are available and just sitting around m-f expands work times the employees are supposedly at the work site. The tech support does not answer calls from the reps in the field to further the expense of the customers. This practice happens repeatedly. If an employee does the operation faster than they deem appropriate they fire the worker and hire an inexperienced worker with little training to add to their bottom line.
