I have been charged on my card for a FREE TRIAL of Dazzle White $58.71 plus another charge of $85.37 from a company called HAPPY SMILES. I have never heard of Happy Smiles and cannot locate a number for them it is out of PROVO UTAH. Can anyone help me? Warning this is a scam... dazzlewhite has taken $58.71 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT TWICE...
