I purchased a Jenn Air french door with bottom freezer refrigerator model #JCF2089HES less than 2 years ago. I have already had to have the control panel strip replaced as the refrigerator was freezing since the flap from the freezer was getting stuck in the open position. And now the ice maker malfunctioned causing water to run all over my hardwood floors. I came down one morning to find that the ice maker drawer was filled with a block of ice and the metal arm was stuck inside the ice block.
