Was advertised as a free offer. When you go on the web site to order. The Order blank already has checkmarks on items that cost $10, and $30.00 dollars plus shipping, so when you hit send all the sudden you are responsible for other products. Then you can't return to the screen to delete order. I have ordered many things on line before and never was this the case. I'm concerned because now I too cannot get anyone on the phone to cancel or send back. And most important my CC company called me to tell me about these charges so it sounds like they are aware of problem. They did say they could stop future charges at my request.
