Received unsolicited text messages very late in evening from 38146. Upon reading them I immediately realized it was a very bad scam and clearly criminal. First of all, I don't care what Brittany Spears does - giveaway number 1. Second, I don't pay for any texting service - giveaway 2. The instructions to remove or confirm service are gibberish - giveaway 3. Combined, I knew this was a very bad scam that hits people where they can least afford it, their wallets.
