I have been scammed by ResVertrol Ultra also. On July 16, 2009 I ordered the 00.99 cent sample and upon ordering I received a receipt stating product would be delivered by July 20, 2009. The free 15 day sample never arrived. On July 30, the company charged my card account a total of 87.13, this charge was on top of the .99 cent charge. I immediately called my financial institute to dispute the charge in which they gave me a number to call in order to contact the company.
