Ordered teeth whitening product on 7-19-09 and when I got the receipt and it explained how the program worked I cancelled online. I didn't receive the product after almost 2 wks so I called and was told they had cancelled the shipment and I would not be receiving any product to return. They had given me a RMA # when I cancelled and gave me til 8-6-09 to return the product but I still hadn't gotten it. Five days later I got the product but had missed the return date.
