Guy Smith put in a new gas boiler sept 07. I had problems 15 months later. called them and service rep showed up. He spent over an hour supposedly looking at the system. Tells me I need a new pump and that it would cost $600 for part and labor!!! Find out they never replaced the pump even though I spent $6000 for the new system. After this bozo left I called a fella who had done some work for me before. He shows up 3 hours later and within 30 MINUTES had it fixed and tells me the pump is fine!!! Either the Guy Smith service rep was an idiot or a crook. read full review »
