In my experience, Norm Thompson Catalog Company does not deliver online purchase items by the date as requested. To make the situation worse, they do not warn you that the items will not be deliver on time so you can make other arrangements, they do not response to emails inquiring about the purchase and Norm Thompson does not offer credit when they failed to deliver.
