I recently ordered cabinet hardware from jewelryforhomes.com. Upon receipt I realized the handles were too small for my husband to grip. I immediately contacted the company via email and asked if they could exchange for handles that were larger from any of their other brands. I received a reply suggesting my husband grow his fingernails so he could the handles!!! And the matter was passed on to someone else.
