We had a similar experience too, except that we ordered a headboard and it did arrive, but broken. I did call them and they said to ship it back (they paid for shipping not me) and they would send a new one. So Fedex picked up the package to send it back but a new headboard was never sent from them and now their site is gone and we have no way of getting in touch with them. read full review »
