My attorney directed me to this web site where I read of other people having difficulty receiving refunds from United Metro Properties/Pin Point Marketing. To make a long story short, I DID file a complaint with the Central Illinois Better Business Bureau which you can do online as well as the Attorney General's office for Illinois - which you can do online as well, but you must complete a form then mail.
