This complaint is about Video Only sales practices and customer service. On 5/23/09 purchased a TV set using a credit card from them with the understanding that the product was on backorder it would be received in about a week or less. Not only did that not occur but I have not received product or was I proactively kept informed about its status for around three weeks.
