I last attend classes in Dec. 06 and completed what said " LOA" for Jan 07 Quarter. Kaplan charged me for classes I did not attend and told me they are charging me because I was verifying my financial aid through the website utilizing my password. The Advisor NEVER told me if I utilized Kaplan's website as always to look at my finacial ai I am considered attending classes. I was working with advisor Tamkia and Financial aid worker Juanita.
