Flower order was placed June 1st for delivery on June 6th, which did not happen. I called thier customer service dept. and was assured that the flowers would be delivered the next day and I would get a phone call from them to vrify that was done. No flowers where delivered and I recieved no phone call. The same situation occured the next day and the next dayand the next day and the next day.
