We have had the worst experience of our life with this installation. The technician was at our house from 1:45 to 10:00pm. Installation is still not complete. Wires hanging, internet cable cut(he admitted he accidentally did it), wrong receiver, wrong box, holes drilled, carpet pulled up, wire not tacked down, technician appeared disoriented & unskilled.
