This company is horrible! I was referred to them regarding the installation of a home alarm and it turned into a nightmare! they sent no less than 5 installers and the alarm is still not working correctly. they also offered a $100 gas rebate card and $100 visa gift card. I never recieved the visa gift card but the gas rebate card came with a list os stipulations and requirements from some bogus web site probably set up by Defender Direct called www.rebatesrus.net. will I can wait until hell freezes over because I wont waste another stamp or... read full review »
