I paid for a rental car in cash and watched as the employee assisting me and the manager counted it twice, gave me the change due back and finished the paperwork. Four days later there was an unauthorized charge to my credit card. The manager denies that I paid in cash, doesn't remember me and just keeps repeating himself like some kind of trained parrot.
