I submitted an order for an item advertised on their website. After having the fee debited from my account I then waited four weeks for the item to arrive, which it didn't. After contacting ToyGlobe I was informed that the item was on back order and was to be shipped that week. This was a detail that they chose to withhold from me at the initial order stage, which prevented me from making the choice of going elsewhere and ordering my goods from a company that actually had the item in stock.
