In Sept.2008 the heat and air system went out and needed replacing and with winter coming there was no choice. The company that carried the insurance on the unit was a total failure so we asked for assistance from Citimortgage. We did all of the paper work, faxed it and began to call after a week or so to see what was happening. NOTHING!!! Collections has hounded us as much as 8 times in one day as early as 7:48 AM until 8:41 PM. We have been assigned a councelor, one Eric Barnes, but we still haven't heard from him.
