I ordered books online from Burberry Books in dec 08. There was a problem with the online order and postage was not added to the purchase price. I used paypal to make the purchase and it was processed to my paypal account but the book was never sent to me and a refund was never made. I sent several emails to request the refund and also called paypal who were also going to request the refund, 6mths later I am still out $47.45. read full review »
