When i went inside to pay for the pump I handed the man $13 and said "THIRTEEN ON ONE", then I left. As I was geting standing there waiting for my tank to fill up he comes out yelling at me to STOP, and he kept on repeating it several time along with "You said fifteen and only gave me thirteen". I corrected him by saying "No i said thirteen and handed you thirteen". He kept insisting that I said Fifteen and since i was ober 56 cents he also demanded 56 cents from me on the spot.
