Acai Berry and Colon Cleanse

I found an article, Health News 6: Acai Berry Exposed" that looks like legitimate Health News. It starts out as being skeptical of Acai berry and Colon Cleanse products, then ends up selling them. DON'T BELIEVE IT. I can't find any info on the name of the advertorial or the staff reporter who wrote it. I've been scammed by XM Brands, Inc. and am an advocate for exposing these crooks. read full review »

Ordered on 8/20/09, charged $4.95. On 8/27/09 another charge of $139.97. Never received a product until 9/1/09. Company won't answer the phone so that you can cancel. I finally was able to cancel on 9/1/09 but, no refund. Talked to Robert Marcano. I filed complaints with the BBB, FTC, Consumer Protection Board, FBI Internet Crime and Attorney Generals in NY and FL. read full review »

On my checking account statement, there is a $9.99 charge for Axis Wellness Portal. I don't know what that is. I didn't order it. I would like my money refunded. Going to call the company on Monday. read full review »
