I ordered vicodin from this pharmacy on 7/4/09 and made payment to net support services on 7/6/09. They sent me a medical form to fill out and I mailed it back on 7/24/09 and it is now 8/15/09 and I still have not received my order and can not get any response back from website that confirmed my order. read full review »
