I purchased a Templer unit which promptly stopped functioning. Since it was under warranty I requested a repair . I sent the unit in as requested. After a few days I called to request a repair status. It was at the point I was informed that the had not received my unit. I had a signature from the owner and proof of delivery. This was ignored and I was called a liar and told to go away. WHAT? These People receive a $50000.00 unit and steal it from me. Long Story Short. Buy & Service your Electronic Test and Measurement Equipment Somewhere else. I found out this company is operated from a small dirty house. read full review »

I placed an order in October, so far they have charged my card and sent nothing. They claim that they will be getting the stock in and to be patient. I've received nothing. They have no customer service just a phone number with no one answering, I asked for a credit and got a nasty email 4 days later. I had to dispute the charge with Mastercard. Orsbuin Young aka Roger Young is a Convicted child molester and a lifetime member of the California Registered Sex Offender Program. See Meganslaw.ca.gov. Puretec was informed but is satisfied with this type of employee. Pure Tech Allows this person use of their company truck and that use results in improper contact with minors. I am writing this because my son and others have complained of abuse. read full review »
