I am a customer of icici bank.my account no. is 04040151082.i drop a cheque in drop box at icici bank boring road branch patna as on 10th august 2009.my cheque was not cleared .12th agust i went to branch office and mate branch manager and given my cheque details.but no body solve my problem.next day on 13th august i call to customer, he tell me i call you in a 10 minute and solve your problem but nobody call me i fill very bad with service of icici bank.So i request to you plz. solve my problem urgently.
