I ordered a bottle of Acai Berry Detox on 7/21/09 and was advised that I would receive the order on July 26, 2009. On August 4th 2009 I was able to get hold of a phone number from my credit card company and called the company to get the product cancelled due to non receipt. On 8/5/09 my credit card was charged in the amount of $87.13. This was after the call for cancellation. On 8/8/09 the product showed up in my post office box. I ordered a sample product which I received for the small amount of under $5.00 however when checking my credit card I discovered a charge of $87.+ that was not authorized and I want to know how to get this removed. I called the company and they advised it would not be charged after I cancelled. I want my money back . How do I accomplish this. I will be contacting my credit card company on Monday but I do not want any further charges taken from my account by this company. read full review »
