Signed up for trial offer download but only received garbled email from company. Email was completely unintelligible. There was no download sent. I requested the download and the company responded by saying they would look in to it and that they appreciated my patience. That was on August 6th. There have been two unauthorized charges to my credit card which I would like refunded. To be fair the company requested I forward the email sent to me from them which I did. I have not had any response since. The company has not supplied any product or download, therefore the charges to my account amount to theft.
