I went to the Grant University websiteto get information about filing for federal grants. For this information, it said on the site, '' For free cd just pay $1.98 shipping & handeling." there was no mention of any other charges. On 8/15/09 I attempted to make a charge on my credit card and was declined . Upon farther investigation I found that " Grant University " had made a charge of $39.95 on my card which was not autherised.
