BEWARE OF INGDIRECT.COM! If you are an attorney looking for a great case, this would be it. I was a customer of this bank for 5 years and over the course of those 5 years, was "locked" out of access to my funds several times. The last incident did not involve access, but instead involved ING not transferring money when they were supposed to. I transferred funds from my ING savings account so as to cover some bills.
