Asked for free trial sample, with payment of shipping charges. Understood terms were for me to cancel the order if I wasn't satisfied, or the product would be shipped and my account charged monthly. I received the free trial with absolutely no information enclosed in the mailing envelope. No number or address to contact to cancel future shipments. That information was to be provided with the shipment of the sample. On Dec 22, 2008 my account was charged $79.95 for a second shipment of the product.
