This bank was notified previously about abusing my account due to charges not applied by me. Yet they refused to handle my claims and instead took thousands of dollars from me on an account that was only for use for transferring funds to my mother in Texas. I had a total of $46.00 to keep it open and when somehow that account was used by unknown parties I notified BofA and filed my claims.
