I bought a wirelss pet system 1 week ago today, my poodle was frightned of it. I took it back to Pet Smart everything intact with Reciept for refund. Because i did not have the orginal Debt card ( i had lost it and my bank issued me another one) Pet Smart would not give my my money back. They said they would only give an in store credit. They do not practice what they say about their policy. I belive as long as i have my drivers License and my new debt card i should have been given a full refund to my new debt card.
