signed up on 8/3/09 were to send cd to access website. 7 day free trial, never received. called on 8/11/09 said due to volume of customers there was delay on sending cd. called again on 8/13/09 charge card already charged 69.00 for month on site. when i told them i still did not receive cd, was told it had been sent to me . when i asked to cancel was given user name and password into website and they were going to make note of my dissatisfaction and would give me a free month use of their website. could not enter website with username and password they gave me. read full review »
