Sold product never delivered!!! We bought a JVC HD camcorder on Aug. 7, 2009 at the store. It was on sale during the week of August 2, 2009. First, when we got to the store it took us more than 10 minutes to get any sales persons' attention, while many of them were wondering around. Finally, we approached a sales person who was not friendly at all and w/o any smile he asked us "what do you guys need."
