2 Best Buy representatives explicitly said that they would price match any competitors price up to 30 days following the purchase of my laptop. 15 days following the date of purchase, when a better offer was found straight from their own website, their customer service rep said the price match guarantee is actually only valid for 14 days and would do nothing to help or compromise. Best Buy should honor the promises made by their hired and trained employees, who are reasonably expected and trusted to know store policy.
