On June 19, 2009 Direct TV removed $172.96 from my bank account without authorization. My mother was the person who had an account with Direct TV and in the past I had paid her bill using my bank account. My mother cancelled her Direct TV service. However, when I looked at my bank account on June 19th I discovered that they had taken the money from my bank account that they said she still owed them.
