My family and I arrived at out hotel only to find that Book In Hotels canceled our reservation we had made and paid for months before. It took 11 hours before someone answered the phone for me to even begin the discussion about what happened. After many phone calls and attempted calls they didn't make the matter right and I had to contact my credit card company to get a charge reversal. Don't book anything through these people or Gulliver's Travel which brokered the arrangement and did nothing to remedy the situation. The Marriott San Francisco didn't honor the rate and wanted more than twice the price to stay there. read full review »
