Peachtree's support is appalling. I have run the program for years (gone thru 2 previous upgrades). This time around: (1) had to wait almost a WEEK to get the info needed to download the program when purchased as a download (ridiculous - should be instantaneous, that is why we buy the download version...); (2) Every time I call they are unable to cope without my customer number (can't they look it up??
