i had an appointment on Sat. 16, 2009 and first of all i had no privacy in the dressing room. Second of all, they had nothing to put on my hair to straighten it out for example: redken smooth down. and finall y they put so much makeup on me that i was completely unsatified with and i dont need much makeup im a very pretty girl already. I wanted a refund and they denied it .I feel that i should at least gotten my refund back for unsatifactory job they did on me. Please cntact and let me know what else i can do .
