I feel foolish for working with this company. I purchased a 395 report, then was immediatly upsold to the next Optimizer report, which cost another 2500. When I got the second report, and realized how silly it was, I asked for a refund. Nothing. No return phone calls, and no customer service. I posted the entire thing at another rip off site, and will continue to update on the progress. I filed with the BBB in UT, but I expect little from them.
