This company made several accounting errors on our account and refuses to give us the refund the owner, LeAnn Wilborn promised. If you deal with this company and they make a inventory or accounting mistake it seems to mean, "Too Bad", you will only get an internal credit. I suggest Valley View Tube informs their customers of their intentions when it comes to refunds or credits. Place something on your website, let your customers know.
