I was involved in a major accident and Safeco manipulated the situation from the beginning. They lied and covered up theft that occurred while the vehicle was under their care and control. I was forced to release my vehicle to their contractor after they harassed me numerous times stating that if I did not release the vehicle I would be responsible for all costs.
