Girlfriend and I booked a hotel using Hotwire.com for a huge concert in Chicago. Day later we find out the concert is moved up a date because of Aerosmith cancelling their tour. We asked for a refund on our hotel since it was on the wrong Date and they told us we give no REFUND!? This is a piece of shit business that rips the customers off like no other. So now we have to pay for a hotel that were not even going to use. Hotwire needs to be taken down. read full review »
