I purchased This supposingly new motorola razor the first one i received was not new and did not have any of the features i asked for .so i returned it .and they sent me another one this one is not american.and when i try to use it it goes straight to the internet.I paid 158.00 for this piece of junk and that price included insurance. i have tried to get the phone replaced . through aallthatcelluar and also the insurance company cps who in turn says allthatcelluar is responsible and cps turn back around aand say they are.This is nothing but a rip off.i am going to keep trying difference things until i get some satisfaction. read full review »
