Problem #1: We had signed up for DSL Internet Service in 2-09. AT&T agreed to give us a $50.00 rebate for the modem. We had to call them 3 times and wait 3 months for the rebate. Each time I called they claimed that they did not know anything about it. Problem #2: When we had signed up for the DSL Internet service in 2/09, it was for a 1 year contract for $14.99/month. The following month AT&T had raised the rate to $21.05/month. Which had shown up on the bill. I had called them and said we had a 1 year contract for $14.99/month... read full review »
