I purchased tickets from Priceline.com for a normal, non-stop flight from Tampa to NYC. After purchasing the tickets, they gave me an interary for a completely different flight/trip. When I called customer service to change the flight or to see what happened, they told me I did a "Name Your Own Price" purchase (which I didn't do), and that they were unable to cancel or change the reservation. Basically, they screwed me out of $146.85 and refused to give it back. Terrible Company that I will never do business with ever again. read full review »
