Unable to contact company within 14-day free trial period to cancel order. Their phones do not connect the caller to the right option, or any at all, the website www.myordersupport.com does not accept valid logins, and the product has not arrived. I wish I had done internet reasearch first because I now see that the product does not even work as advertised. Plus, there is an automatic renewal system which bills the credit card every month for more product I don't even want. read full review »
